Growing in Soil
Yes, you can keep seedlings in a humidity dome, a pot should come with enough holes for drainage.
i don't use fox farms, but any soil w/ nutes could burn seedlings.
Soil isn't expensive and roots only grow in the dark of course, they are buried the entire time!!!
