There all growing fine.
Just keep the lights atleaste 3 & half inches away.
Water when needed (Soil dry 2-3 inches under)
Don't use any ferts till the plant as atleaste three weaks old,
The reason it could be like that, Is because it either somehow got ripped when the leafs were small and grew out like that, Or its just a little bit behinde.
But other than that your plants look good, Keep up the good work.
Ps: I can't really see the size of the potts you got them in, But they look a little big. To prevent root rott you should have them in smaller cups, Prefferably jiffy cups. Because the roots cannot drink up all the water, And it can sit under the soil becoming stagment.

I wouldn't worry about it too much at all, unless the health of the plant starts getting affected. Seedlings can vary in traits slightly from one another, resembling their particular phenotype. Different growth patterns are natural, even in specific strains. And judging by the pics, the first one doesn't look abnormal.

Well if you can you should try to transplant them in smaller pots, Though it could be a bad idea to do that, You have the chance at ripping the roots, Wich will stunt it for a weak or so.
Just wait till your plants get 2 months in to vegg, There going to be huge.
What kind of soil are you using?

Oh atleaste its organic.
Does it have an Npk rating, If so what is it?
(Should say on the bag somewheres)
Well its just a better idea to start in small cups, And transplant as you go along. But I don't know nothing about auto flowering strains. So it sounds like you got it pretty much under controlle.
I was just trying to help out if I could.
