    Extreme vs. Volcano?

I am very close to purchasing my very first vap. I'm not trying to buy something that will be a waste, especially if it is something that costs hundreds of dollars...
Anywho, I've tried the Volcano before and fell in love. That was why I decided I wanted to get a vap. Everything about it is awesome, and I love the whole bag technique. The problem with that is it costs around $550 for the Classic Volcano. There is a 3-year warranty which is a plus as well.

Now my buddy who works at a local store told me not to waste my money. I didn't think any vap could compare with the Volcano, but he claims that it is way better. I've talked to a few disc golfin buddies that feel the same way. Plus on this is that it's got a fuckin remote! Holy shit, gnar kill  Another thing, it only costs $300 vs the additional $250 for a Volcano. Also, it has a lifetime warranty which is unbelievable. Next, it comes with the sweet gnar bag style, as well as the tub. It's got an aroma therapy thingy to cover up any smoke lusting around. I like how the you can use the vap whip style with a fan on, as well as off and manually smoking it. It sounds waaaay better but I haven't tried it.

With that, I am stuck in between something I know kicks ass, vs something that sounds waaaaay better but I still don't have a personal experience it. Can anyone here persuade me which way to my vap purchase?

I agree. There are lots of threads you can read about different vaporizers. Also, if it's just cost when it comes to the Volcano I would try ebay. I've seen the Classic for $250-$275 and they are built like tanks. Extreme has nice options though. Any vape is better than no vape.:hippy:

dammit... so is buying an Extreme a waste of money? I just want the same high as I got from the Volcano using the bag technique but I also like the whip-it feature too.

As far as the "high" is concerned, you can get just as high, from a 50 dollar VaporGenie as you can from a 700 dollar Volcano. Vapor is vapor, so yes, you will get the same high from an Extreme as a 'Cano. The differences in vapes is not the high, but "how" the vape is delivered to you, as well as ease of use, reliability, efficiency, heat-up time, stealth factor, portability, price and optional accessories.

So no, the Extreme is NOT a waste of money and neither is the Volcano.

Since we're STILL throwing in our OPINIONS, I'll vouch for the Volcano. I could care less about any bong attachment. If I wanted to smoke a bong...guess what?....I'll smoke a bong  I get a vaporizer to have strictly VAPOR...unfiltered...unfu$%^#ed with..VAPOR...contents which have been scientifically proven (Extreme can't say $hit to that). We've had this argument before, do a little "search" or read around threads genius.

I agree. The Extreme is a much better buy because it'll fill a bag just as well, give you fan assisted or passive direct draw as well, and save you almost $300.
