long history of pain scrips(Years and years) the point is - When I called and set the apointment and asked if they needed records, I was told a current pill scrip bottle would suffice. Hell I'll admitt I am lazy(I do work 5 days a week-8 hours a day:wtf so if I do not need to go through the hassle of producing these documents why do it , right. About a doc backing you in court if need be.Do medican doctors do that?????
