thats pretty much the same technique as emptying a cigarette and filling it up. in reality its more of a haslte than just rolling it

I was sitting down yesterday with a kingsize Rizla and wrapped it around a pencil, then I decided to seal it up and thought 'Hey what if I just stuck a filter in the bottom of this and poured the weed in?', could it be that easy?
