Nice thats a good idea, i got a hold of a lcd monitor that was probably 2-3 years old and was messin with it to see exactly how they work, and discovered that there is a nice little AC - DC converter so i figured i could rig it up. I was using an older computer to run my fans and monitor rpms and temps but it took up to much space and i truely didnt need it.

Find the molex connecter should say 12v dc. Splice to fans. Plug in. works great real easy and better than using 12v phone chargers and full blown computer PS. hope it helps, thanks Reworg Rating: 5
