help picking entry level vaporizer

GOOD call. That's one category (bong vapes) that I forgot to mention, and the VripTech is an excellent choice.

Im looking to spend about $100-$200 on an easy to use devise, preferable one that can be inhaled directly (like a hookah i guess?). those bags scare me hahaha. any help or links to any resources would be great.
