getting medical in new york??

I need some meds, so I think I'll hop on a NYC municipal bus and take a quick ride over to the suburb of NYC, Rhode Island. It's only 182 miles away. :stoned:

i thought u had to be a legal citizen of that state before you can apply for medical marijuana....
...and to become a legal citizen of that state u have to live there with a address from that state for over a year.

Im pretty sure if you want rhode island medical marijuana you MUST be a legal citizen OF Rhode island....NOT New York
