It doesn't matter. The root will grow down no matter how it is planted! Gravity tells the root which way to grow. You think we got little fairies who go around straightening out upside-down seedlings?

And ditch the Miracle grow. As a good general rule, if it says "Miracle Grow", don't buy it for your pot. It is OK () for most plants, but for cannabis, it is formulated all wrong. A few folks get reasonable results with MG, but most growers say bad things about it. Fox Farm is a good brand. I just buy the cheapest "plain" potting mix and use it as a base to mix up my own. I also add worms.
