Help ?
I do not have much experience as I am on my first grow, but what I did resulted in almost 100% germination.
I took 2 paper towels and folded them up to fit in the bottom of a tupperware container. I saturated them with RO water, and squeezed out most of it so they were moist and not dripping wet, and placed them on the bottom. The seeds went in next, followed by another 2 paper towels moistened the same way and placed on top. I closed the lid and placed it on top of my seedling heat mat (any warm surface will do), and checked them daily for taproots.
Most of my seeds sprouted within 24-48 hours, but some took almost 5 days. You CANNOT let the towels get dry. If they start drying before sprouting, spray some more water on the top and let it soak thru.
Good luck!

Help ?
I always just put them in some dirt, about half inch deep, in small cups. I feel mother nature know best.
