I'll avoid getting into micro's and soil composition, as you seem to have your shit figured-out.

IMHO, if you need help, and it's given, likely not in good form to make excuses, change your story, and get testy with the answers provided, when you seem clueless. It's simple...make-up your mind what you want to tell us, (again...preferabaly the truth) and don't change the story half-way through. It's not my garden that's going to suffer because of your pride...it's yours.
