Noob needs help!!

i just started growing for the 1st time and so far so gd..
i cant distinguish if its female or male. its about 3 to 4 weeks old(OUTDOOR) and ive been told to look out for white tiny hairs.. on the 1 i do see tiny hairs but i cant be too sure...

what equipment or ingredients cud i add so that the THP levels are higher making it more potent..

What lights are their that use the least amount of electricity but is effective as the sun as the rainy season just started..

whats the diff if its 3-4weeks old outdoor then transfering it indoor as its slowly entering winter?

Why don't you just ask what the one miracle thing to do to make it the best weed in the world.

There are no lights that use the least amount of electricity but are as stong as the sun.

There aren't any ingredients to make the THP(?)(maybe he meant THC) levels higher. I could rip u a new one and tell you to use the search feature but ill just tell you what you want to know.

Those ingredients you spoke of are called nutrients (nutes) or fertilizer. For a soil grow, go to home depot or a grow shop and get some fox farm or miracle grow. Search and read some posts to find what is best for you.

CFLs (compact florescents) are the most efficient lights but don't produce all that many lumens. HPS or MH produce a lot of lumens but use a lot of juice. So you have to pick decent bud with cfls equals a cheap power bill or better maybe great bud with a HPS/MH for a more expensive power bill.
