Read the stickies in the basic growing section. I suggest that you start reading heavily and do your research. No one is going to lay it out for you, growing outside in pots is the same as growing indoors in pots, except you can't control the weather.

I would start seeds indoors now and have then about a foot tall before they go outside. Buy some good soil, get some CFL's or tube flourecents. Take clones before you put them outside and then you can see what sex they are and get rid of the males.
