Thank you Killer for your relevant input. You are spot on that LE is in a position to persecute anyone that they think is a crook. My impression is that many LE officers do not see MMJ users as legitimate medical patients but instead as people who have found a loophole to be stoners. My hope is that we can establish an understanding with them that we are responsible citizens who are obeying the law.

As this thread has been overrun with posts that do not relate to my original comments I am going to move this to a new thread. Hopefully we can stay on subject in the new thread.

These offices include a number of local PD's and County Sheriff's offices. I have on several occasions heard comment regarding MMJ. I was suprised to discover that each agency views the law differently. Some common items I have heard bother me a bit though: 1) Many of them don't view MMJ as legit medicine but as a way for hoodlums to get away with something that they shouldn't be doing. Rating: 5
