I use acetone to clean my glass pieces, and iso only to clean the teflon pieces of my vape. If your using 91% iso to clean, you should let it sit over night. With the acetone, even if it doesn't come off right away, once you run some hot water through it, it will clean everything out like new. Just make the transition to hot water very slowly, start out slightly warm and slowly get hotter.
