Well I'm glad you did get the point about the same question started in different threads. I was going to say something the other night because it's very hard to follow your progress when your asking questions all over the place plus you knock peoples questions down the list and they may be missed by others.

To answer your question...If the possession of marijuana is just a charge then you really don't need to bring it up at this time. It's when your convicted or plead guilty is when it matters. A charge is just that, a charge and you could be found innocent, plead to a lesser charge or it could be dismissed. Good luck and post the good news when you get it...:thumbsup:
