Advice PLEASE!

here's the skinny, I'm 30 Female 5'9 181 lbs.(fatty I know)...I have a UA test tomorrow @10am I smoked daily up until Approximately 1 month ago I don't exercise and have not changed my eating habits I bought an @ home test and tested a weak neg. about 3 days ago, a freind gave me a bottle of test pure (which from earlier posts I see ur not a fan of) my ? is this I'm not positive exactly sure what time the test is I fill out the new hire pack @ 10am & sometime after that I test...should I drink the stuff or go au natural? I thank anyone who replies...HUGS ANd wish me luck!

With that much time under your belt you should just follow dilution sticky. Make sure you read the part about drinking 8ozs more after every void.
