it really depends on the circumstances, I think if someone can provide verifiable evidence of wrong or sketchy doings, then they have a duty to make others aware.

But all I've seen so far are mentions of co-ops being busted, or personal accusations, without any such evidence.

Getting busted doesn't mean they did anything wrong, just an ambitious cop, or some bad paperwork.

And personal grievances are just that personal.
