You think its safe to assume they expect a failed test the first time around? My lawyer says an early positive wouldn't be enough to violate me as they assume it's just residual.

I was charged with possession of > 4oz and as part of my drug program I comply with "random" drug testing. I got a letter in the mail today that I am to meet with someone next Friday and i'm thinking it's possible they may give me a drug test then (even though everyone I've asked in my area says they didn't get tested for a first offense possession charge) Now Rating: 5
