Whoopi Goldberg, Bette Midler: However both have been trying to change their own image the past few years and hardly mention it or avoid self discussion.

In fact, I think they had that discussion on the View about a month ago and it shocked me how they did barely mention Bette and Whoopi almost indicated that she quit, more or less. But, they said a lot of comedians, like Paula Poundstone use (whether verbal or not, can't say, but she needs it like that Rosie gal ought to be taking it also).

When marijuana, pot, etc. is viewed as a medication, instead of "Dope" we will see legalization. One step at a time. The big use of it instead of most meds used for the side-effects of Chemo needs to be routinely distributed to anyone on Chemo and let them decide; Given pharmacuetical grade candy, cookies, suckers, pills, tincture and whatever they need to get through that horrible ordeal. I went thru it with an ex friend and it is sick, especially when they won't take it due to the 'dope' thing!:hippy:

I'm not a movie star but I sure look ok for a 56 year old,so I am told. I have smoked it since I was 16 and it is way past time for us to stand togther and bring about change. This is something that when I was a teen all we had to do was pour it out on the ground and told to go home. Now they have got some people thinking it is kin to meth. How stupid. If some of those people who have never smoked it and knew the truth oh never mind some people are just to dumb to get it, no matter how hard you try and tell them. Heck they deal with people who do this every single day and in pretty much all jobs. What a terrible reason to be fined and put in jail. How about putting bad people in jail. By being made legal then we would have room in there for the bad ones. Guess they are worried about losing money. But look at all the jobs we could have. Why is it legal in some countries and not here. Because it seems we have way more problem here in the states than in the places where it is legal.The older I get and the more I learn it still all comes down to who you know.:thumbsup:

In a negative way, Sahel Kazemi has associate herself with Pot.

Tennessee Assistant Medical Examiner Feng Li said Monday that a toxicology report also showed a trace amount of marijuana in the body of Sahel Kazemi.

Kazemi was arrested for drunken driving in Nashville two days before the shooting. Police video of the arrest showed her telling the officer that she was high.
