SUPER SMALL PROJECT!!! advice needed

so i was thinking that as soon as im done with my big yeild im waitin on, i would start a year long project of non stop little plants producing bud, id do only one plant at a time, very small, (no bigger than 1 foot, shorter if do-able), and just rush the plant to grow me some quick bud, just sumn to have for special occasions and such.. thinkin bout strictly cfl's, flowering to start as soon as humanly possible IDEAS ANYONE??? idk how flowering works if u mean to rush it very early so idk..

some people flower from clone, some people even flower from seedling, experiment with both Or... veg for a week.. will have good results but for each 100% times faster it is, there will be half the crop/harvest...
