When you say not to "over dilute", you basically mean to exactly follow the volume of liquid consumed according to the sticky right?

Thats right.

And one more thing: Labs dont run the GC/MS for the sample being diluted. The GC/MS is used to confirm drug positives that occurred on the initial assay screen .
