Depending a little on when you start counting your days (Is it when you put the seed into the ground? Is it when the seed sprouted in your paper towel? Is it when the plant surfaced?) Depending on this, your plant is slightly stunted to very stunted. At 1 month, the plant should be about a foot tall, quite bushy, and re-potted once or twice into at least a 1 gallon container.
How close are those lights?

Hey things can turn around and you can recover just anticipate getting better soil and dont over water, invest some effort and a few dollars and you can do ok, its not cheap or easy to grow but it can be done on a budget from the threads on here I think that has been proven:thumbsup:

No worrys mate, although it may be a bit stunted now, they are alive. Keep them alive and maybe consider some stronger lights in the cool range, metal halide works great. but if you don't have the funds, get some daylight spectrum cfl 20/4 (2" from tops), put a moderate fan on them 24/0 to toughen up the stem and have patience. It may seem to be a good idea to have the lights on 24/0 too but I like to give my plants a good restful nap so that the energy can go directly to root development. Also, your nutrient solution may be problematic because of the high salt content in Miracle Grow. Try an organic like Big Grow/Big Bloom. A little more pricey but less problems.
It may take longer, but they will get there. Good luck!
