I know what your talking about. You definitely smoked to much and had a panic attack. It is also likely that you never ate much before you smoked? Herb lowers blood sugar quit a bit and that what gives some people the shakes and just a crappy feeling.(search low blood sugar symptoms).

I would wait a couple days just to settle your nerves, but relax, it was nothing serious, a lot of people including myself have experienced exactly what you described. One time I accidentally vaped to much, got panicky, was shivering, heart rate at 190, high blood pressure, pale skin, tight dry throat, disorientated, etc.

Next time, eat a whole meal an hour before you smoke and stay hydrated. If it happens again, eat something sugary(oj juice works great) and do some slow, regular breathing.

Why can't your heart rate go above 160? Is there a problem with it?
