first time grower-when to harvest? including pics

hey hey

buds r looking good just dont know when i should harvest? some buds look ready others not... dont wanna harvest to early or too late? any help appreciated have a look at the pics:rastasmoke:

Well from what I can see they don't look anywhere near harvest. How long have they been flowering? I'm still kinda new myself and am about to harvest my crop, they have been flowering for just about 8 weeks, everyone told me the only true way to know when to harvest is by looking at the trichs with a 30x magna glass, or the best thing ever which so many people on here recomended me to get at Raido Shack, a 60x-100x microscope it was 12 bucks. Read up on here about when to harvest, there is a guy named Zandor on here who I've been reading alot of his posts and he has pic's of trich's and a chart to give you an est. of potency vs crystal(trichs) color.
Looking good though for the first time keep doing what you've been doing and read, read, read that's all I did and I have learned so much from reading and ASKING for help when I needed it on here. This site is the biggest tool in my shed, hell this site is my tool shed.

yea those don't look any where near being done. plus it looks like a sativa dom. strain with the longer thinner leaves which usally means longer flowering times in its self . another thing is you could harvest some buds and not the others! my first indoor was so crazy and i barely knew what the hell i was doing i harvested two times on the one plant, first the top buds were all reddish almost looking like they were getting mad that i didnt cut them after about 9weeks. so i did and i left all the lower buds that look like they did when i first induced flowering let those grow for about another month and they refilled the canopy and all in a 5 gal bucket.

its all trial and error :thumbsup:

and i have a jewlers eye!:wtf: lol

Tendril.traY covered most things wait for them to get denser and more crystals will come and at radio shack they have the jewelers scope with a light on it it will show the trichs cloudy/amberness

shot for the help... ill get a 30x magnifying glass and keep an eye on them...those things haven even been budding for 4 weeks... but been having crazy weather in south africa so they been all over the place... ill post up some more pics in like 2 weeks or so and hopefully u guys can help me out again... was told it they were skunk # 1 seeds but ya ill never know actually... will keep reading till then :hippy:
