    please someone help me out

so about 3 weeks ago.. i did a huge "cleanse" i guess you can call it. i drank tons of water. ate multi vitamins and tried to sweat as much as possible. ive been eating a lot healthier then I normally do.. and just actually stay clean..

also about 3 weeks ago. i bought 2 bottles of detoxify herbal cleanses. i drank one and passed an at home drug test. a couple days later i drank the second and went for my lab screening. the results came back "to diluted" and i have to take it again.. its been exactly 3 weeks since I last smoked. and i was a heavy user before hand. im a small dude. 5'9" about 125 lbs... i know the myth is thc stays in your system for 30 days or more for heavy users.

my question is. is there a chance I may be clean?? for a heavy user is there a chance you can get clean in under 30 days??? for about 5 months before i stopped i was smoking about 2 grams a week. and before that it was pretty much everyday for 3 years.... im going for my test again next week. and just need a little motivation and opinions on if there is ANY SORT OF CHANCE I have cleared my system yet.

My reccomendation man is to just go buy a at home test.
Take that before you go to the next sub screening.
If you pass that one your for sure going to pass the second.
Idk about diluted or not. Depending your consumption of water.

Fat cells run through your blood no matter what, they are right now. If you have excess fat then you have a higher concentration of fat cells running though your blood. Having this means you also have less oxygen rich blood so your heart gotta work harder to supply oxygen to where it has to go such as supplying energy for your ATP production to stay in an aerobic state through endurance training. (has to work harder for muscles to work)
When you exercise you burn carbs, fats and protein. To me that means you'll be losing the thc when you burn the fat.

Actually, when fat cells burn, THC is metabolized into THCA and released back into the bloodstream. From there, the kidneys filter in the THCA from the bloodstream and thats how it ends up in the urine to be detected. This is the primary reason why THC carries a longer detection window than most other drugs.

Exercising is beneficial, however it should be avoided in the 3 days leading up to the U/A. The idea is to keep the THC stored in the fat cells during this time, instead of releasing them. This can be done by being lazy as possible and eating large meals complete with your favorite desserts.

Detox potions are a scam. They work on the principle of dilution - meaning that they "work" because of the amount of water you have to drink with them. The product itself does nothing. Why spend large sums of money on an overpriced diluter when you can accomplish the same thing by following the Dilution sticky thread, which is brought to you in this forum for FREE?

Drinking tons of water days before the test is of no help. It may make you urinate frequently, but the rate in which THCA is filtered in from the bloodstream by the kidneys remains unaffected.
The idea of drinking fluids is to dilute the concentration of THCA thats present in the bladder at a given time - not too much to where the sample gets flagged for being overdilute, but rather just enough to where the sample registers below the cutoff limit of the drug screen. Its a balancing act and the actions are only temporary. Once all of the fluids consumed had been urinated out, that person will resume testing positive for THC. Therefore, drinking fluids is only helpful on the day of the U/A.

Sweating doesnt help because very little THC is excreted thru sweat. The rest of it is being excreted thru the urine and feces.
