Well not to much black, but just like salt on the undersides yes! Thank you! Is it safe to use floramite during week 6 without hurting the nugs?

I first noticed webs forming around the tops of some of the plants. After further inspection, there are tiny white bugs laying eggs on the bottom parts of my leaves.
