WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama will break a campaign pledge and sign a budget bill laden with millions in lawmakers' pet projects, administration officials said.

Administration budget chief Peter Orszag and White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel both downplayed the $410 billion spending bill and signaled Obama would hold his nose and sign it. Orszag said: "We want to just move on. Let's get this bill done, get it into law and move forward.

Said Emanuel: "That's last year's business."

    *****************

hmmm, and let's not forget, the 'out of Iraq' timetable, has been shoved back twice, now it's a 'projected' 2010 withdrawal ... same as Pres. Bush's schedule ... and, still going to leave 30,000-35,000 troops behind, when we do pull out ... and, then, there's the Afghanistan/Pakistan Surge, coming up ... and, the Clinton bitch just promised $900 Million dollars in aid, to re-build the Gaza Strip ................................ excuse me ?? you're doing WHAT with my money ??? ....

where in the hell is your CHANGE ?, ... dumbass KoolAid drinkers, it's like the saying goes, " If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything " ... :wtf:

It appears just business as usual. Even though i'm a conservative I was hoping maybe we would have a president that would keep his word. I was wrong again.

A politician only lies when his/her lips are are moving.

Did ya ever notice that *MOST* politicians are lawyers?? I guess they become politicians when they have nothing better to do while the rest of us have to work for a living.

This doesn't surprise me. Obama won the election based on the following: outstanding speaker (guess what folks, people write a lot of that stuff for him), played up his black heritage and America still feels guilty for slavery so awww poor black guy, remember MLK Jr, ok lets give this guy a shot...our black JFK. Then finally the false promises he made which you can read above^^. I'm an independent but lean right on a lot of things. McCain has experience that only comes with time and age. Obama never had executive experience or even balanced a budget but hes young and speaks misleading poetry. McCain also lost because Palin wasn't the best choice but if you compare a governor and senator, governor clearly is more executive experience. I don't want to bash too hard but he's also technically a Kenyan citizen under the British neutrality Act. I want to believe in "change" but so far, nothing significant .:hippy:

His tax breaks for the middle and working class don't do any good if these people can't find work.

Nobody can be forced to keep a business running if they think they are being taxed too much, and many business owners are just retiring, or investing their money in other ways, because it's not worth it for them to keep their places open.

Most people would rather pay higher taxes and have work, and health benefits, than get a tax break and remain unemployed and uninsured - which is what Obama's plan is doing. Of course, someone like Obama, coming from the privileged background that he grew up in might just not get that part. I voted for him, and am dissapointed already. I doubt that McCain/Palin would have accomplished much more by now, but we'll never know.

Obama sat in front of a radical bigot for 20+ years.

Married by the black racist Wright and had his daughters baptized by him.

Obama then claimed no such hate preaching....until he was exposed otherwise having been there all that time.

Obama is the Pied Piper to all the lame idiots who have no real moral compass but rather, a mind set of such liberal trash they see and hear nothing but their own contradictions and rank pacifism.

The mousies who voted for him are all about themselves and not the fortitude to do what's right.

To stand idle in the face of evil doing nothing is worse than the evil itself.

Ayers is a good buddy with Obama and here now we have a man who associated with a known terrorist and claims no such thing...as Prez.

All the while his kids went to school together, stayed at each others homes in the same neighborhood.
Even had the announcement celebration of running held in Ayer's home.

Obama is a humanist and a socialist....certianly not a born again Christian by any stretch of the imagination.

Obama gave plenty of hints concerning his ultra liberal bent and how he would redistribute the wealth and so much more in the humanist's agendas.

The mousies who were enamored by his soothing mouth full of humanist liberal socialism didn't give a damn, all for the cause of taking from the haves and doling out to the have nots.

The ''Stimulus'' bill is not an attempt to curb the financial ''crisis'' but to force changes without open debate.

The ''crisis'' Obama rants of was Barny Frank who was butt buddies with the queer CEO of Fannie May and Freddie Mack.

Whenever a Republican tried to warn Frank and his leadership of the telling danger signs of the loan practices of the same....Barny only lied to protect himself and his queer butt buddie he was getting his nuts off with.

    Why not?

Obama along with a host of other liberals knew full well what was really going on and took their share of stolen tax payer's money as they wanted as well.

Obama has all along set out to do his social engineering by way of economics and over 2 trillion dollar$.

With Nancy in harmony she led the cram down the throats of every citizen.

Queers were elated getting their votes in for an ultra liberal who would cater to their repugnant and unnatural ''life style''.

Even though Obama said he was for marriage between a man and woman...the queers were just too giddy and flocked to him.

Obama is more than willing to lose his second term chance of re-election so long as he can shove his anti-God ultra liberal socialist agenda into laws and change our nation's social/cultural fabric by means of the almighty dollar.

Soon to follow there will be a well over 500% tax value placed on ammunition sales and a host of bans to curtail our rights to own and bear arms.

Our nation will once again openly fund abortion on demand and late term live birth abortions and will continue to murder innocent unborn babies.

Now add 100s of millions $$$$s to fund world wide abortions and place our nation in responsibility for the wanton murder of millions more unborn babies....world wide.

The energy problems that keep us all held hostage to the Middle East can be dealt with by drilling in Alaska, off shore and in the state(s) with a 1000+ years of natural gas.
Nuke energy is the safest and most productive way to harness more clean energy and ''save the environment'' as well.
Solar energy can do wonders as well if allowed to, but the greenies have their own ideas.

Well now intolerant liberals have their messiah and all we can do is watch this nation go down the dark pit who knows how deep and dark.

    Congrats mousies.

You got your messiah as you wished for.

Obama and company certainly loves all the mousies who have the big ears tuning into the lies of the Godless and the Pied Piper's tunes without the truth put into words.

    Love them little mousies.
Mousies is what I like to eat.
    Bite they little heads off...
    Nibble they tiny feet.

(The Pied Piper's chant as he tosses KFC bones across the second floor of the White House).

Corruption, torture, war, unemployment, bank failure, in the last 7 years.

I would come back with a 1/4 solution till things thrive, then add the Big BUD.

I think you are correct about McCain. I was so hot and pissed when he put his campaign on hold to go back and help FUCK UP SHIT!. Obviously he was heading down the same path, may have done some things marginally different, but just the fact that he was for the bailout, he lost the tiny amount of respect that I had for him.

That's pretty ignorant, for 1, I haven't read anywhere here anyone saying that they hate this country blah blah, you must be confusing the people posting here with the bedwetters that were saying that very thing last year. You can disagree with policy w/out leaving the country. Very tolerant, "you don't agree, then leave!"
I would understand if someone was here ranting on about how horrible this country is, but that is not the case. LIke I said you must be remembering some of the posts from the bedwetters from when Bush was in office.
Me, I am A-OK with whatever he does, from what I can tell, we will likely have the next greatest president of our lifetime in about 4 years. Remember 1976, remember 1980. Everything happens for a reason I suppose.
And yeah, it's also ignorant to say that we aren't allowed to criticize him because he has been president for "x" number of days. How long is that going to last, I can see it now, "uh, he's only been president for 540 days now cut him some slack jeez!?" LMFAO

OH wait, nevermind, poor Obama is a victim! That was the best one of all, holy shit! LMFAO. I bet this thread gets closed in less than 3 days lol!
Remember, all else fails BLAME BUSH, no matter what it is, BLAME BUSH, and then compare him to Hitler. There, saved you from replying! LOL

Oh wait, he did say that he would end the raids, so happy days eh! Guess we aren't supposed to pay any attention to anything else.
Congrats! No more raids, not that it will matter, when Obama and his leftist agenda goons try to run this country into the ground. I just know that no matter what they do though, I have faith in Americans and know that when push comes to shove we will do the right thing. Whether the sheeple like it or not! LOL
