You've given two ph numbers. 6.4 is borderline low, which is why nobody has mentioned it...but 6.2 is too low. As the peat-based soil ages, it will begin to degrade, and lower the ph even more.
when i was using tap water the ph was high like 7.4 if i remember correctly so i had to bring it down all the time, i have since moved and havent checked the tap water, mabye i will check it ph
