So I Just Read The Proposed New Jersey MM Law... i just banged through all 12 pages of senate bill 804, and although it is not as good as Cali's prop 215(who's is?) it's still a VERY generous Medical Marijuana law, and that's amazing seeing as it is our legislators that are the ones who are enacting it, not a voter referendum. bullet points: ~6 plant limit, no specification on "mature" or "immature" plants, and no specification on where you must grow it, so i think you could grow outside. ~specific serious illnesses like MS and Rating: 5
