low ph, liquid lime?
i have begun using 7.5 plain r/o water once soil is mostly dry to raise soil ph to about 5.5-6.6....
i am using happy frog. i planted into some fresh outta the bag soil.. Clones in 1 inch rockwool cubes fully rooted... into the soil and gave full strength fertz and now the drainage ph is 4.0-5.0
the plants are not using much water as they are sooo small. im now worried about root rot and such... they are in 2 gallon container with about 1 gallon of soil, so one the roots fill in i can place more fresh soil underneath(interesting form of transplanting ive come up with.and this give me room to go to a 3 gallon pot, then to a 5 or 10 and then to a 20-50 if i really want to. talk about a solid root mass and big ass plant..
whoa, got off a bit on a rant there/.
The water going in was fertalized weak-ly at 1/4-1/2stength6.2-6.7... now its going in empty(fresh r/o water) at 7.5....
i have some super thrive that i have used a tiny amount on a few plants good growth results but ph is still a bit low.
These are all mothers im working with.TheXFactor Reviewed by TheXFactor on . low ph, liquid lime? i have begun using 7.5 plain r/o water once soil is mostly dry to raise soil ph to about 5.5-6.6.... i am using happy frog. i planted into some fresh outta the bag soil..
