    Swollen calyx? I hope so!

Hi all, just a quick question. I have noticed these (see pic, circled areas) appearing at a number of nodes on my plant. I'm hoping they are not hermie balls, I don't think they are, but just want to be sure.

    Cheers for any responces.

Ha ha, it's nearly 6 weeks into flower.....I'd be pretty shocked to find out it's a boy at this stage!

I just hope it's not turning into a reverse tranny (girl dressing as boy)!

No, it's not. That's very common.

Swollen internodes are common, and male flowers have no hairs (pistols) sticking out of 'em.
    It's a girl.

As you'll soon see, a 12/12 schedule has a poor result on seedlings. Nothing but a lifetime of stress for the poor thing. Without the strength and bulk to cary it's own budweight, yield and quality will suffer tremendously.

The picture I posted is from my monster plant (see more pics below), it wasn't a seedling when it went into flower, it was 5 or 6 weeks old and 1 1/2' tall. It's 6 weeks into flower now and 5 1/2' tall, it's just started showing these odd growths.

Cheers for the responses all!

I thought you were talking about my plant, saying it was too young to be put into flower or something.
