i am about 5'9" 125 lbs.

for about 2 years I was smoking a quarter/quad a week. then about 6 months ago it was reduced to about 1-2 grams a week.

i would normally smoke 1 to 2 bowls right when I woke up.. maybe a bowl or 2 through out the day.. and then about 1 - 2 to fall asleep. that was a good pattern for about a year... in the past 3 years i would say i would have a combined amount of a week and half of not smoking.

i ate a lot of edibles to.. but that was a good 2 years ago... for that past 6-8 months my intake has been slown down majorly.
ridetheskies Reviewed by ridetheskies on . advice and help so those of you familiar with my previous posts know whats up with all my drug testing stuff. bascially my lab screening came back because it was to diluted. which was my fault I drank way to much water before hand + drank a detox herbal cleanse now. instead of altering my body in any way. I just plan to "sweat it out" I guess. I was a serious smoker for about 3 years. Pretty much every day with the now and then weekend break.... now my question is does weed really stay in for 30 days.
