Shov's Grow Log 2/2009
Yes, I couldn't use my 'worked' soil, it was frozen (40 gallons). So the batch I made was 'new'. Though I did mix it with seed starter mix it did burn the leaves a little. When I transplanted it was softer. I made a couple of batches and shared one, I have a batch working now for transplant. The plants are kicking ass (as are the plants in the shared soil).

btw, the hot batch had no manure, worm castings only. new batches have the manure and as I said, they are 'worked'.
