Violent New Front in Drug War Opens on the Canadian Border
Those same institutes claim its traded (coke and cannabis) pound for pound...they also treat seedlings as $1000 plants...Lovely exaggerations wouldnt you say? I read about this everyday with the RCMP claiming this or that, when even DEA stats show the complete opposite. But, they keep getting printed and the masses keep on believing it. My favourite one is the "back in the 1960's cannabis was 2-3% nowadays it gets as high as 40%" I hear cops saying that in newspapers on radio's despite the fact back in the 40's they were seizing over 10% potency plants on average....(according to all seizure stats from their own organizations). It's wonderful how they ignore facts when it doesnt suit their purpose but the minute an addiction institute directly and completely funded by a government which refuses funding to those who come out with "pro cannabis" results to reports, they immediately jump all over it saying "see see, its a devil weed" even though the study was done over a period of 2 years with no control group and on rats.....I swear it should be mandatory whenever you release a scientific report publicly like that , you should have (the newspapers at least) to report exactly who what when where how , the study was done.
