What Happened?
The memorandum would cover residents of KC that live in unincorporated areas, but not those that live within a cities jurisdiction inside of KC imho.

But one can use the KC memo to help educate the prosecuting attornies in other jurisdictions -- to work toward them issuing a similar memo.
You can also work toward having a police department issue a "training memo," which spells out how their officers should deal with a specific issue (such as MMJ). If a properly worded training memo was issued by a department, it could afford quite a bit of protection for MMJ users.jackmillions Reviewed by jackmillions on . What Happened? Hey All!!!! I was gone for the crash, now I'm back for the great information I get here. What do I find? Advertisements for delivery service!!! Is this now acceptable? Mickeymoscow advertises without shame!! Gypski advertises like he wants to help with his Co-op, " which is not legal in the state of Washington ". Rating: 5
