all you do with rillos is split it, gut it, roll it, seal it. with wraps you gotta dry the inside with a lighter first. but on a swish rillo there shouldnt be cancer paper. just wrap and leaf. cancer paper is really only found on the xxl blunts and the phillie blunts and what not.
