Listen dude, a) don't listen to that "you need experience and info" stuff. If you can grow tomatoes you can grow grass. I think the biggest problem I've seen in new growers is that they try to take this ultra-scientific approach to the plant and almost deify it. The first time I grew grass- about 7 or 8 years ago- I gave it plently of sunshine, plenty of space, watered it occasionally, and let the plant do the rest and I pulled off a pound and a half. Since then I've read 6 or 7 books front to back on the subject and found many interesting and useful facts about the plant. I am constantly thirsty for info, but I always keep in mind that nature, and simplicity, can always do it better than me. Oh, and b) a 3 lb. harvest off of one plant is possible and has certainly been done before, but not likely, even in optimum conditions. Peace man, and good luck.
