On an other note.......It looks like it will be another year before any major legislative changes happen with medical marijuana in Washington. And then, there will only 60 days to get anything done. Sometimes it seems like its pissing into the wind to get anything really constructive done when it comes to actually helping people.
Also, full legalization and the taxes it would bring in could go to fund medical insurance for the low income, seniors and other needy people to supplement Medicaid and Medicare, rather then squandered in the general fund. But, we shouldn't hold our collective breaths that our elected officials having anything like such in their minds. They can't figure out how to dig themselves out of the hole they've dug already.
Finally, Sandy post some information that is current. Thanks. :twocents:

If The BOP decdes marijuana no longer meets the criteria for schedule 1,then it would force the legislatures hand. The Gov and the legislature know this that is why they will dispatch the Red haired red faced Brian Peyton to hover over the Board to make sure they make a political ruling. Then it will be on to the Governor on Appeal to exhaust administrative remedies then of to King County Superior court where stranger things could happen. When this case gets higher up the legislature will have to change the schedule 1 test to avoid the legal decision.
However A lot has changed since marijuana was put into schedule 1.Marinol,The federal patients getting pot,the state medical marijuana laws, the government ptented marijuana.etc.That is why they have been avoiding this at all costs. They don't have the science or any other reason to justify any schedule let alone schedule 1.
To bad our movement leader Switzerland exporters, clone clearing house, pot clubers were too busy trying to retire off of MMJ to start this battle years ago like they should have.
They Governments hand will be forced by a 786 dollar a month social security receipiant.lololololololololol David is going to hit Goliath upside the temple with a stone in 2010,while the notorious movement leaders are counting their profits and planning their vacations.

I actually got everything I asked for from West Net with no redactions they sent the Navy Doctor documents along with a bunch of stuf about the movement leader that I am debating on disclosing here..TNET on the other hand is trying to hide everything.I have a Public disclosure lawsuit against them. They are hiding documents and they cant win. They are at 71,000 dollars @ 100 bucks a day right now.If they keep dragging their feet it will be even more by the time it gets to court.
Ole Roy couldn't tie his shoes without permission these days.He is a humble bumble thanks to his over zealous ways.
As far as posting all this Public disclosure stuff I don't know they would have to piss me off enough to do that.I have some respect for being on the front line and being civil disobedient as Gypski says, however I believe you can cross the line when you drag innocent people into it. I appreciate what Joann Mckee has done for the movement in the begning but I believe she crossed the line and went from being disobedient to being a risk after that ,and I believe people were compromised as a result One of their growers was caught and committed suicide. You all will have to take my word on the Switzerland thing, but I am less inclined to go for the jugular on her out of respect...Unless I am pissed enough to,then I will.I have bigger fish to fry right now...The State of Washington,City of Tacoma,Pierce County,Puyallup,Bremerton,Poulsbo,Bonney Lake,Washington Military Department,WSPand Other state agencies.
What I am saying is Gypski and Jack Millions had better not push any buttons on that issue or I will do what I have to do.I would rather just let that one fade away. After all I feel it was provoked by Jack and Gypski in the first place.
