    Obtaining a medical card

Found what i needed i found a few medical clinics in spokane that will be a lot easier in obatining a medical card. I had one quick question does all clincs require the same amount of doctor notes or is it vary depending on whic clinc you go through? also can these medical recods be from out of state doctors. because i have just recently moved here from tennessee about 6 or 7 months ago?

Take all of what you have. I even used Washington State Labor and Industries Disability documents, Veterans Administration Records and records from different doctors. They are all relative

All you need is a note in your medical chart speaking of your chronic or on going qualifing condition, they don't want a lot of records.

Don't take my word for it [please], do some research and you'll find out for yourself...

    Jeremy Miller

Jeremy Miller has now resorted to libel and he will be sued. He will not be able to support these allegations in court. We do not schedule patients without records. Sentry does have an office. We have successfully defended our patients 100% of the time...for the last four years. Something Jeremy certainly can't say.

Jeremy Miller, who decided to go into competition with Sentry (just last month after he begged us to do clinics at his facility in Olympia..and we helped him by doing two clinics there), can spread whatever lies he likes all over the internet for competitive advantage...that's the nature of the internet. Now he will have to pay for his libel and slander. I certainly hope he can afford it.

P.S. Ask Jeremy (if you can actually get him or anyone else on the phone) how he is protecting patient records.

My wife is due to re-new here authorization for the third time through THCF. They required her to obtain up-dated records, stating her condition again so they could insure her condition is current. I on the other hand, have a new qualifying condition that has not yet been charted three times. Cancer, only twice, This third opinion is it really a requirement? Why? Why, the renewal? These conditions are terminal.

Damn...this shouldn't be about money...its medicine and human rights!

There is no renewal required under Wa MMJ Law. If your condition is terminal, degenerative, or chronic without any major changes, you don't need to renew. As for that, I have degenerative arthritis, and I have never renewed and there is no expiration date on my authorization. My records do say I need a knee replacement, and I haven't had one yet, and my condtion hasn't changed except to degenerate or worsen.:jointsmile:

    Hey tyler2319

You can get a recommendation from any doctor licensed in WA.

THCF just makes it a little easier than some.

You will still need proof of an existing, "COVERED" medical condition.

    GOOD LUCK!!!

Steve, Please let me know about this Lawsuit. I don't believe you will actually sue anyone but if you do make the info available since you publicly stated you will. Can a Pharmacy that ISN'T recognized by the State actually sue another? This could be interesting if it happened and isn't hot air. This is the kind of stuff we need to see on the news....
And we never failed to fail...it was the easiest thing to do.
