Take all of what you have. I even used Washington State Labor and Industries Disability documents, Veterans Administration Records and records from different doctors. They are all relative :thumbsup:

I have severe back pains and miss shaped spinal cord from a fall a few years back and it has completely screwed up my back and neck.
