King County Memorandum
It would be well advised that any medical people in King County read this memorandum. If you play by the rules and police yourself, you should have no problems being a medical patient in King County. Remember also, this applies only to King County. If you use your medication properly, in a proper place, you should be safe. You only attract the attention of law enforcement if you are not following the rules. Don't share your medicine, and if you do (some do so let's be realisitic, usually with a domestic partner), don't make it public knowledge.
This is just my opinion or :twocents: but it only stands to reason. :thumbsup:gypski Reviewed by gypski on . Drug Task Forces can and will come from other jurisdictions to arrest or loot you.I was arrested by TNET out of Tacoma, and West Net out of Kitsap CXounty. These task forces can operate anywhere in Western Washington.
If they take you medicine they will give it to the feds.(I have public disclosure documents that say this)They have a problem with this because the Washington State seizure laws require the seized items to be returned if found innocent.A person has gotten a huge judgement in King County because the stuff was not returned. There was also a simular case in New Mexico.
Do not give up your right to a jury trial, and file a request to have your seized property returned immediately.Watch out for the pot attorneys advertising on norml websites.
All the good ruling for patients have been handled by good illegal search and seizure attorneys. If you are going to pay 10 grand or more, pay it to Frank Schoichet out of Seattle.

You may want to take a look at the posting rules.
Just Curious!!!!
Why would you advertise for an illegal Co-op, when it seems you apose them?
It seems there is a good infuux of new members in the Washington area!
I'm just curious how many share IPs with other members.
Just Something to Ponder!!!

I don't think it would be too easy to go into a court with a defamation lawsuit based on an illegally operated MMJ dispensary.lol
I think we all just need to work hard to get the state to pass a new law authorizing dispensaries and co-ops. They are definitely needed here.

As a one time former member of the Wormhole I have every right to voice my opinion. Proceed at your own risk. Some of Their pot is donated to them and they can not guarentee the safety of what is donated.Nobody tests them because they are not legal.
Why not examine an authorization and call the doctor to verify accuracy. They make you join them. Warning do not join a pot club of any kind do not send your medical information to a pot club.

The lady who runs the wormhole is a great lady, and will give medicine away to the truely needy, not the mooches.
You need an attitude adjustment for sure.

Fact is Gypski I was better off in the black market all along.Have not had a problem since. Face fact our mmj law is nothing more than an invatation to break a law,or get caught up in a WSP organized crime investigation.
Would you like to see the public disclosure documents to proove it,Sarich never denied it.
The Washington state mmj law flat out sucks.I am spending most of my 740 a month to change it.If I had a chance to do it all over again I would have stayed with the black market, than think all my troubles were over and all I had to do was mail somebody my medical mmj info. You advocate co -ops.Can you show me in the law where it says you can have a co op???Didn't think so.
Somebody flagged your post for advertising it to boot.
Our adversarial confrontation is a natural, because you represent all that is wrong with mmj in Washington.Counting on a wink and a nod from cops???You think the law is just fine and doubt any real concerns.I wish you were right and rico was not a factor. But you are wrong it is a factor.Fact is pot clubs and co ops don't give a shit as long as the can hide behind the veil of compassion on the way to the bank.
Picking on drug dealers..what are you a special gray market exception. You peddle weed.you use this site to peddle whares that have no RCW to protect the people that go down that road. Then you fight for that right by attacking someone with real ife stories of actual washington state mmj events I wish never happened, and I will do what I can to make sure they dont happen to somebody else...and I will fight to change the law that you are so proud to make a gray market living from.
