I Just got some headband from my buddy and it was some of the dankest shit ive had i payed a pretty penny for it but it was well worth it , just wanna hear any other opinions about it or if anyones got some input

Headband is a 'clone-only' cut of a OG Kush/Sour Diesel ... naturally, someone has made seeds from it (be attentive, watch for possible hermies) ... supposed to be quite good ... :jointsmile:

Yep I got me a clone of headband recently, mmm mmm mmm og kush and sour diesel. I've never smoked this cross, both og and sour d tho.

from my understanding its OGKush, Sour Diesel, and Master Kush. The stash I was able to get my hands one had a deep aroma to it. it was started with light herbals such as sour and piney almost clean that deepened to a heavier herbal reminiscent of OGKush, with a foundation of earthy fruity herbal dankness. in a nutshell a multilayered dank smelling. also! traced with hints of diesel in the middle to the end body.

the smoke was not heavy lung expanding but did posses properties of heavier smoke, initial flavors include kush herbal taste followed by pine fruity, no middle body with a perfect transistion to end with tastes of deep OG kush herbal and Master Kush.

the high is felt at indica speeds, very fast and hard with a clear head that must be sativa. overall its a hard hitter without the blanketing effect of lethary. on the heavy end but possessing some functinality from sativa genetics.

from what ive been reading all over the net is that there are 2 different headbands.one is og kush x sour d x master kush.the other one which you can buy here in northern cali from oaksterdam catalogs is 707 headband,which is og kush x sour diesel then back crossed again with sour diesel.
so i think there is confusion over which one is which.headband and 707 headband.two different strains.

I bought this yesterday, smoked it late last night, ate until 2am this morning and I have the worst food hangover ever, lol. I'm drinking water ALL day today.

My review on headband is...it's more of a body high, definitely lung expanding, gives you that knot in your esophagus for a few minutes, and the nuggets themselves have a very spicey, earthy smell. I personally wouldn't buy it again, only for the simple reason that I like the sativa high. But for the person who just wants to completely relax and zone out, this would be a good one to try at the end of the day.:jointsmile:

I just want to throw out there the fact that Headband is one of the easiest strains of cannabis to grow. Over/Under watering, not a problem; under/over fertalizing, it can take that too. This shit grows like a weed and is very hard to kill. Recommended for growtards and noobs.

I would venture to say you're pretty much correct. I have had the 707 Heaband and it's absolutely fantastic. Definitely one of my favorite strains when it's the 707 variety.
