Your getting good advice here.

I will tell you this. STOP SMOKING, It constricts the blood vessls and lowers the oxygen in your blood. This maybe a serious health problem.

Not only do you need to see a doctor you need a cardiovascular doctor. Although it may not of seemed bad when you first started it can be very, very serious NOW. I mean heart attack serious.

I had for many years been a smoker and had this light headedness. If you crouch down light a base ball catcher and stand up quickly I would have what I called white outs. Everything went white for a moment and I could see nothing. SCARY and yet I never told anyone. As I grew older it got worse. And never told anyone.

At 43 I was aggravated by 3 computers at one time. Trying to fix all 3 at the same time. I went out and smoked a quite nice fat one. Which seemed at first to calm me down. A few minutes latter my left arm started to hurt, Then a small pain in my chest, not bad just a flutter. Then the feeling of empending doom. Not waitng for rescue help my wife (thank GOD ) drove me to the hospital. I was having a heart attack. The doc's gave me nitro and stopped it before it got tooo bad. Sent me to a bigger hospital for vascular and heart check. They ended up putting 2 stinths in on each side of my chest to open the blood flow. The rest of my blood vessels were all clean, go figure. Hereditary they said. All that could be said was that smoking a fat one and be honest with your doctor. Constricted the vessels and lowered the oxygen in my blood.

Being scared for a few years but no longer having the light headed feeling I smoke one with a friend. Best buzz I ever had. No bad feelings at all. I talk to my doctor and having eye problems that MJ helps I just watch out not to smoke too much. Be honest with your doctor.

Please do not ignore this problem. Health to you and peace.
