who was convinced that the filters were dangerous, so if I'd try to light up a cig he'd break it, mix the tobacco with some hash and roll a joint :hippy:. I didn't bother arguing with him.

To return to your point: usually a filter is just there so that you have something on your lips that isn't burning weed. I've seen Europeans use tobacco (hand-roll type) for the filter. Some don't even bother with a filter and just throw it away near the end
in the u.k everyone uses tobacco with a rolled bit of rizla packet (where you would have the filter) we call that the roach. i find an equal amount of hand rolling tobacco and herb smokes and burns great, much better than a blunt, if i want to smoke just herb i use my pipe but allways end up haveing a j straight after the pipe as i dont find the pipe relaxing.:jointsmile:
