Improving The Joint
I've always thought of using cigarette filters inside of joints. Would that work?
I never tried it. I did travel with some hippy
who was convinced that the filters were dangerous, so if I'd try to light up a cig he'd break it, mix the tobacco with some hash and roll a joint :hippy:. I didn't bother arguing with him.
To return to your point: usually a filter is just there so that you have something on your lips that isn't burning weed. I've seen Europeans use tobacco (hand-roll type) for the filter. Some don't even bother with a filter and just throw it away near the end.
The issue with a cigarette filter is tha, though it may filter out some bad stuff, it may also filter out some of the good stuff and it will probably affect the taste. I have no clue how the filters actually work, so I can't say much on this.

Nice vid.Sadhus Reviewed by Sadhus on . Improving The Joint I've seen a lot of fancy designs, but I'm wondering about what definite improvements people make to your everday joints? Well, by definite I probably mean minor improvements that may or may not have much of an impact, that that, as per common sense, should have some positive effect on the experience. One I like is using a very long filter (length -- not height -- of a deck of cards), so it doesn't get too hot when I'm about done with the smoke. The way I make those it's also possible to pull Rating: 5
