Hmmm.... maybe that soil isn't good for seedlings, which kind is it? Also, what kind of lights are you using, and how close? It doesnt look like they are stretching, but they aren't doing much at all. Should be considerably bigger at 2 weeks.

you should not have trich's yet....What is your light schedule? you should be at either 24/7,or 18 hours light an 6 hours dark.

Looking at the pics, you could maybe lower the lights (unless you lifted them up for the pics, of course). 3 cfls will get you through the first week, but now they need more light, 2-3x more light at least...
Do you know about lumens and such? 3000 lumens (not K, like 2700k in the cfl) per square foot is the minimum, over 5000 lumens/sq.ft. and you are looking good...
Also you should wait until at least 5 alternating nodes before you use nutes, you could burn them. Not sure about the superthrive tho...

Isn't superthrive a root stimulator. Anyways, I wouldn't give them any nutes for about 4 weeks. Probably burning them up. Do you have air flow? Looks wet in there. Could be root rot or stem rot.
They need to dry out in between waterings. Your 86.2 degrees in the pic leads me to think your average temps aren't as low as you say, considering you said you spiked at 85. Don't lie to yourself, fix it. I would say get a fan, exhaust, intake, let them dry out, no superthrive.
I think i may have read somewhere Jiffy isn't good for seedlings.

1) You transplanted into too fine a soil. As they progress, they'll need something with a larger particle size, (regular potting soil) just to remain standing.
2) Ease-up on overwatering. They still need to dry a bit between waterings, but when you do water...you have to get it all the way to the lower roots, too.
3) Still a tad young for superthrive or nutes. Would stop now before you kill them. Give 'em a couple more weeks of straight (ph'd) water till they show signs of recovery. At most, a 1 or 2 internode seedling in seedling mix, will only need 1 drop of superthrive:gallon, once a week. Straight water in between. Around/after the third or fourth internode, can start thinking about nutes and additives.
If problems persist, post in the plant problems forum, and fill-out the troubleshooting guide. We can likely offer help much quicker, if we know the how's and what's of your grow.
