I remember the little manila envelopes for nickle and dime bags. Some shit was out of this world, some sucked. Ounces started at $10 - $15, then up to $20. Columbian and Panama weed cost $25 -40. The inflation calculator sez $20 in 1970 is equal to $108 today. I haven't heard of $100 ounces in a while.

If my recollections are clear, and I believe they are, these animals came into being during the Reagan years. No one ever heard of such a thing except the for ol' nickle and dime bags. But hey, how many people do you know that just didn't buy the whole ounce back then until the price when suddenly through the roof? too true cat, i've moved house and in the area i now live the price has gone up as people round here are willing to pay more, need an out of area source me thinks lol
