makin grow room first time need sume help

okay well i have just started growing and my seeds are in germination right now i want to make a grow cabinet im buiding it myself so it can be the way i want it i plan on making it a one chamber .im using i flourescent light but i dont know what wattage i should buy im gunna try and rig up yo computer fans if i can one intake the other out take i just need to know what to do im not good with the lighting terms but i know how to grow so if anyone could help me out id appreciate it
