In brief I've got PTSD and multiple severe symptoms (Nam vet) and pain which have rather taken over my life.

In the next couple of weeks I'll be moving to California to get residency, my slip for medicinal cannabis and find out which strain works best.

Currently, I'm most interested in determining what is required as evidence of residency in California especially after California stopped the ID cards. I have to show proof of residency to the clinic I go to to get evaluated, right? I read that a last months receipt of rent or a utility bill with your name on it will work fine. Is that right . . . anyone from California?

Also, what strains in the experience of others is good for activation in the morning, that is getting up and going and interested in life. Currently, I take my Adderall, I have ADHA, and suck down some serious caffeine to get going.

I also would like feed back on a strain of cannabis that will mellow me out during those moments when I'm frustrated and about ready to lodge my computer monitor into the motherboard of my computer.

Finally, I have a horrible time sleeping which is the genesis of many of my problems I think. This has been going on since 1970 . . . a long time. What strain is good for a night cap so to speak, something that is conducive to a night of uninterrupted sleep.
